Well, HTML is the language of the web, and the internet is the biggest thing in the universe, or thereabouts.

CSS is the language used to describe how the internet looks, it is the clothing of the internet, its pants if you will.

It's good stuff, you love it, we love it, the whole wide interweb is made from it.
